Please contact us right away so we can update your email address. We can adjust your email, name, and shipping address. However, please note thatwe cannot change the items in your order once placed. Be sure to enter your full and correct address details—incorrect information may result in returned or undelivered packages.

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars. If your credit card uses another currency, your order total will be calculated according to the daily exchange rate on the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) and PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. At this time, we do not accept checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit-only payments, or cash on delivery.

Yes. Pickona uses SSL-encrypted pages for all checkout and payment processes. Your payment details are securely transmitted to our payment provider for authorization and are never stored on our servers.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order after it is placed.

  • Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
  • If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately.

Our system requires addresses to be entered in English characters only. If your address includes non-English letters, please replace them with the closest English alternatives (e.g., change “ç” to “c”).

Once your order has been processed or shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please ensure your residential address is correct at checkout to avoid delivery delays.

Delivery time depends on the shipping method you selected. Once shipped, tracking information will be sent to you within 24 hours. Please note, customs processing in your country may cause additional delays, which are outside our control.

We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Usually, you’ll receive this information within one day after shipment. You can also track your package anytime via here.

Discount and promotion codes cannot be combined unless specifically stated otherwise.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and usually ship within 1–3 business days of payment. Tracking details will be provided the following business day after dispatch.

During peak seasons or holidays, please allow additional processing time. Orders are not shipped on weekends.

If you haven’t received tracking confirmation after 5 business days, please contact us.

Prices on our site are listed in U.S. Dollars and exclude taxes. Depending on your country’s laws, you may be required to pay import duties, VAT, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility.

Pickona is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees. Please check with your local customs authority for more details.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 60 days of receiving your order to request a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if approved.

All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact. Some items may be final sale; please see our Returns Policy for details.

Please contact us within7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the product, and details of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve your case.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, your card issuer will process the refund within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item or approve your cancellation.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact your bank or card provider, as posting times may vary.
