  • Pickona offers a 60-Day Guarantee for returns and exchanges.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection of returned items.
  • Certain products (e.g., customized goods, final sale items) may not be eligible.
