Returns & Refund
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is canceled in time, you will receive a full refund.
Please note that once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Returns (if applicable)
We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 90 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.
- Please contact our customer service first to receive the correct return instructions and return address.
Notes:
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for a 90-day return.
- If the return is caused by the customer (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the return is caused by Pickona (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- No restocking fees will be charged.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within a few business days and applied automatically to your original method of payment.
- Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require 7–10 business days to post the refund to your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Re-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank—there may be additional processing time before a refund is completed.

How to Start a Return
Please email support@pickona.com before sending back any items. Our customer service team will provide you with the correct return instructions and address. Returns sent without authorization cannot be accepted.
